Breakthrough University

Who would best benefit?

Breakthrough University (BU) is geared towards leaders who are experiencing a personal or professional roadblock that’s holding them back from desired progress/advancement. This leader needs to break through a barrier to achieve a  personal or professional breakthrough.

What is the structure?

Comprised of four sequential focus areas

  1. Building the Coaching Foundation
    (2 – 3 sessions) 
  2. Seeing Your Leadership Superpowers
    (3 – 5 sessions)
  3. Exploring Self-Sabotaging Behaviors
    (3 – 5 sessions)
  4. Strategic Execution of  A Meaningful, High Leverage Goal (3 sessions)

What’s the duration of the coaching journey?

The BU partnerships typically last from 12 – 15 sessions.

Best Self University

Who would best benefit?

Best Self University is designed to help leaders build increased effectiveness as it relates to strategy, goal setting, planning and execution. This leader is looking for an adaptive coaching process, one that meets his/her specific needs. In general, the coaching support would fall in any of the following areas:

  • People Leadership
  • Operational and Organizational  Leadership
  • Instructional Leadership (for education leaders)

What is the structure?

This structure is highly adaptable, focused on the client’s needs and priorities. Sessions typically last an hour.

What’s the duration of the coaching journey?

The BSU partnership typically lasts 3 – 12 months

Gold Standard Consulting

Who would best benefit?

The Gold Standard Consulting partnership provides a specific expertise, skill set or professional learning opportunity to an individual or group.  In a consulting partnership, the Nia Education Group counsels, advises and/or provides highly engaging professional learning experiences.

What is the structure?

This structure is highly adaptable, focused on the client’s needs and priorities.
