The name of our organization was inspired by the Kiswahili term, Nia, which essentially means “purpose.” To that end,  Nia Education Group (NEG) is a purpose-driven firm, committed to empowering individuals and teams with the skills, strategies, practical tools and habits of mind, to maximize their impact. One thing that makes NEG unique is that we also prioritize the maintenance of balance and joy. Through our executive consulting and coaching work, our clients experience transformational breakthroughs and achievements.
